O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 05.02.2019 in I.A.No.323 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.240 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram, by which the learned Judge allowed the petition filed by the respondent for getting legal expenses. Though a sum of Rs.25,000/- was sought for in the said application by the respondents herein, who were the petitioners before the lower Court, having considered the factual matrix, the learned Judge has allowed the application for a sum of Rs.15,000/- being the legal expenses payable by the petitioner to the respondents.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through the order impugned and other materials placed before this Court.

3. After having perused the same, this Court is of the considered view that the amount of Rs.15,000/- being allowed by the Court below as legal expenses payable by the petitioner to the respondents, is not excessive and it is fully justifiable. Hence, this Court feels that no interference is warranted in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
