Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent made in PMK/SKO dated 23.10.2003 as well as in AAC/SR/PM/SKO/VISHNU/CBE/2003/1042 dated 28.10.2003 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from in anyway interfering with the trading activities of the petitioner in white kerosene.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward challenging the proceedings of the first respondent made in PMK/SKO dated 23.10.2003 as well as in AAC/SR/PM/SKO/CBE/2003/1042 dated 28.10.2003 and seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from in anyway interfering with the trading activities of the petitioner in white kerosene.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 23.08.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner sought extension for a period of two weeks, to ascertain the current status of the writ petition.

3. Today(06.09.2017), when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Vasanth,learned counsel representing the petitioner's counsel submitted that there is no instructions from the petitioner's side and made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
