This writ petition has been filed for directions, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue joint allotment in the name of the petitioners and sixth respondent in Plot No.344, in door No.12, 18th Street, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 83.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material placed before this Court. 3.
On perusal of records revealed that already sale deed has been executed in favour of the seven respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought of in this writ petition cannot be considered. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
