This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.147 of 2019, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi and to quash the same.

It is reported by Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner was tried and acquitted by the Judgment dated 14.09.2022 in C.C.No.147 of 2019, which has been challenged in this quash petition. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
