This criminal original petition has been filed seeking quashment of the FIR in Cr.No.107 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed; final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Attur; and the same has been taken on file as P.R.C. No.38 of 2024 on 16.08.2024.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Connected Crl.M.P. is closed.
