ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.149 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate at

Thittakudi, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 352, 355, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC as against the petitioner. 2.

On perusal of the case bundle, it is seen that on 17.07.2023, the counsel who appeared for the petitioner reported before this Court that he already handed over the entire case bundle along with change of vakalat. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Even today, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel on his behalf to appear before this Court. Today, the petitioner has also not appeared either in person or through pleader. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this case further.
