W.M.P.No.25379 of 2024 in W.P.No.17714 of 2024 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and P.B.BALAJI, J.

The petitioner seeks permission of this Court to amend the prayer, inasmuch as he prays to quash the G.O.Ms.No.107 Home (Courts-V) Department dated 23.02.2021 and the consequential proceedings in ROC.No.83408/2020/F2 dated 22.03.2021 and ROC No.145465/2022/F2 dated 02.03.2023.

2.. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, grounds had already been raised in respect of challenge to the Government Order and there is no need to make fresh grounds to assail the Government Order, if amended.

3. In view of the above submission, we are of the view that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petition for amendment is allowed.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
