This petition is filed to relax the condition that the first and third petitioners (The petitioners herein) shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29116 of 2024 order dated 10.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29116 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
