This application has been filed seeking to join two separate cause of actions raised by the two plaintiffs against the 1st defendant primarily and also against the 2nd and 3rd defendants.

2. It is stated that the 1st plaintiff is a Private Limited Company and the 2nd plaintiff is a Sole Proprietorship Firm.

3. The 1st defendant was an employee of both the plaintiffs.

4. In view of the fact that the allegations overlap and relate to misappropriation of funds, this application has been filed seeking permission to join the two causes of actions and to institute one suit.

5. Permission is granted. The application stands allowed. Registry to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
