This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit against the defendants.

2. The 1st defendant was an employee of the plaintiffs who are a Private Limited Company and a Sole Proprietorship Firm.

3. It is stated that during the course of employment, certain allegations were raised against the 1st defendant particularly, relating to the funds of the plaintiffs.

4. The defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

5. It is stated by the learned counsel that there were money transactions to the accounts of the 2nd and 3rd defendants and therefore, leave is sought.

5. Leave is granted. The application stands allowed. Registry to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
