This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para.6 on the petitioners by an order dated 12.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19058 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners are family members, there is a problem in producing the blood sureties before the trial Court. Hence, he seeks for modification of the same.

3.Considering the fact that no such blood sureties were asked to produce before the trial Court, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
