Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 5th respondent i.e., the Block Development Officer (Regular) Olakkur Panchayat Union (at Saram) Villupuram District culminating in Na.Ka.No.A2/1425/2010 dated 02.08.2010 quash the same and further direct the respondents to call for fresh tenders by following the guidelines in G.O.(Ms)No.65 dated 16.07.2009 of the 1st respondent by allotting work to Panchayat Union council ward No.1 and 5 in Olakkur Panchayat Union under
the Rural infrastructure scheme.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 5th respondent i.e., the Block Development Officer (Regular) Olakkur Panchayat Union (at Saram) Villupuram District culminating in Na.Ka.No.A2/1425/2010 dated 02.08.2010 quash the same and further direct the respondents to call for fresh tenders by following the guidelines in G.O.(Ms)No.65 dated 16.07.2009 of the 1st respondent by allotting work to Panchayat Union council ward No.1 and 5 in Olakkur Panchayat Union under the Rural infrastructure scheme.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
