ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members' life and their property immediately based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.11.2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by one K.S.Viswanathan, petition enquiry in CSR No.86 of 2016 is pending. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.86 of 2016 by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
