The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.208/2A to an extent of 63 cents situated at Vaikundam Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District and to mark the boundaries by considering the petitioner's application dated 25.08.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.R. Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner filed an application on 25.08.2021 to measure the boundary line comprised in S.No.208/2A to an extent of 63 cents situated at Vaikundam Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District before the respondent. The petitioner also paid requisite fee to measure the subject property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to survey and measure the property, after issuance of notice to the counter parties and adjacent land owners, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
