Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.15180/2019 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.I,SUBRAMANNIAN SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.S.ELAMBHARATHI,Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to dispense with personal appearance of the petitioners arrayed as Accused 1 and 2 in C.C No.273 of 2006 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Krishnagiri, on the day of pronouncement of the judgment and permit the counsel to represent the petitioners.

2. Taking into consideration the age of the first petitioner and the fact that he is suffering from dementia with vertigo and he is unsteady while standing and walking, the presence of the first petitioner is dispensed with at the time of passing of the judgment and he shall be represented by a counsel. Insofar as the second petitioner is concerned, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
