This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4757 of in Crl.O.P.No.2375 of 2022 on 08.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m , until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Investigating Officer on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
