ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to issue direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report against the accused persons in Crime No.174 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.77 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Modakkurichi.
