The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against Crl.M.P.No.784 of 2021 in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2021 in DVC.No.1 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Nagapattinam.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.11.2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crl.M.P.No.14169 of 2022 in Crl.RC.SR.No.43426 of 2022 before the Registry of this Court on or before 16.11.2022, failing which, the petition will be dismissed.
3. Today (18.11.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has not been complied with.

4. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed for noncompliance. Consequently, the above Criminal Revision Petition which is at S.R. stage, is rejected.
