Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Direction to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petition of the petitioner dated 12.04.2012 for appropriate action against illegal unauthorised trading and dispose of the same within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respndent to consider the petition of the petitioner dated 12.04.2012 and to take appropriate action against illegal unauthorised trading and dispose of the same in a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsels for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner has not produced any proof for submitting his representation, and if a fresh representation is given by the petitioner, the same be considered in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to give fresh representation to the 1st respondent, by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks. On such compliance, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks therefrom.
5. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
