O.A.Nos.728 & 729 of 2021 in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.92 of 2021 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J Affidavit of service has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs and it is seen that the notice has been served on the respondent on 03.12.2021.

To substantiate the same, the track consignment has also been filed along with the affidavit.

There is no appearance on the side of the respondent either in person or through counsel and hence, the respondent is set ex parte in these applications. The interim order already granted by this Court on 25.11.2021, is made absolute.
