Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta in respect of the property of vacant land comprised in Survey Number/Sub Division Numbers 143/2, 143/3, 152/1, 144/2 and 146/1, vide Patta Nos.52, 303, 951, 143 and 303 respectively situated at Sembiya Nallur Panchayat, Avinashi Sub Registration District, Tiruppur Registration District upon considering the application of the petitioner dated 21.10.2021, vide Application CAN No.13312106165114 for issuance of Patta within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta in respect of the property of vacant land comprised in Survey Number/Sub Division Numbers 143/2, 143/3, 152/1, 144/2 and 146/1, vide Patta Nos.52, 303, 951, 143 and 303 respectively situated at Sembiya Nallur Panchayat, Avinashi Sub Registration District, Tiruppur Registration District upon considering the application of the petitioner dated 21.10.2021, vide Application CAN No.13312106165114 for issuance of Patta within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's application dated 21.10.2021 with regard to the issuance of patta, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
