This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the criminal revision against the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.107 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.163 of 2023 dated 25.03.2025 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court at Gobichettipalayam by way of allowing this revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 2 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
