Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to take action against the encroachers in the national highways in both sides in the Vettavalam Bazar, Vettavalam Gandhi Road and Vettavalam Villupuram Road, Vettavalam to Thirukovilur Highways road and in the Vettavalam Bus Depot for which the petitioner made representation dated 12.02.2019 to the respondents. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that within a period of two weeks, the subject writ land would be surveyed and depending upon the survey report, action would be taken immediately.

3. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
