This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.232 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Puduchatram Police Station, Namakkal District and quash the proceedings against the petitioner.

2. The FIR registered under Section 107 of Cr.P.C, is the subject matter of challenge in this petition.

3. It is seen that the FIR was registered on 09.06.2018 and one year period is also completed and therefore, nothing survives in the FIR as on date.
