ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6600 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4806 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6600 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4806 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed.
