ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to proceedings in Impugned Notice No.NIL, dated 25.03.2024, issued by the 2 nd respondent and consequential Notice of Disconnection No.Nil dated 06.07.2004 issued by the 2 nd respondent and to quash the same and also to direct the respondents to initiate proper proceeding as per the Regulations of CMWSSB Act, 1978 and determine the water charges payable by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has already been settled and nothing further survives for adjudication. Hence, she may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
