It is represented by the learned counsel for the first respondent that subsequent to the filing of this civil revision petition, the suit, which is the

subject matter of this civil revision petition, has been disposed of by the District Munsif Court, Udhagamandalam at Nilgiris on 10.12.2025 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this civil revision petition.

2. A copy of the judgment dated 10.12.2025 passed by the District Munsif Court, Udhagamandalam at Nilgiris in O.S.No.79 of 2021 has also been placed on record before this Court by the learned counsel for the first respondent. Eventhough the learned counsel for the petitioner is not aware of the same, since the judgment dated 10.12.2025 passed in O.S. No.79 of 2021 has been placed on record, this Court, after giving due consideration to the same, disposes of this civil revision petition as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
