This petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent in turn direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the proper investigation in Crime No.184/2024 based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2024 and further direct the 2nd respondent to send the case details to the 4th respondent for petitioner's relief amount as per the Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1955 based on the 4th respondent letter dated 15.07.2024.

2. When the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
