ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 506(i) of IPC and Section 3 & 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.36 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21580 of 2021 submitted that the petitioner had given an affidavit stating that inadvertently another anticipatory bail have also been filed in Crl.O.P.No.21610 of 2021 before this Court and therefore, the subsequent anticipatory bail application filed in Crl.O.P.No.21610 of 2021 may be permitted to withdrawn as not pressed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
