ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the petition for eviction filed by the deceased petitioner in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2018 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The husband of the 1st petitioner and father of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners filed a petition for eviction against the respondent in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Rent Controller cum District Munsif, Sriperumbudur.

4. The perusal of the e-court entry filed in the typed-set of papers would suggest that the counter of the respondent was filed in the eviction petition as early as November 2021 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for enquiry without any substantial progress. In these 2/4

circumstances, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the learned Rent Controller cum District Munsif, Sriperumbudur to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2018 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
