O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges encroachment in the pond in Survey No.243/2 at Narasingapuram village, Kavanoor post, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

2.No counter has been filed over the last three years. 3.The encroachment is alleged to be by the fifth respondent. 4.We, thus, direct the third respondent to hold an enquiry to find out whether there is any encroachment by the fifth respondent in the pond area as alleged in the petition and if such encroachment is found, to take action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned. The inspection be carried out and a report prepared within one (1) month from the date of receipt of the order and the action, if required to be taken, should be taken within two (2) months thereafter. 5.Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
