Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the entire retirement and pensionary benefits to the petitioner after withholding an amount of Rs.8400/- with 12% interest on the delayed payment and to finalise the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the Petitioner in Na.Ka.No.Ser.2(4)/66205/2010 dated 19.10.2010 by the second Respondent and pass final orders within a time frame and to permit the Petitioner to retire from service on 31.10.2010 A.N. Without any condition and with all pensionary and retirement benefits.
