ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C) and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.364 of 2021, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, when the respondent police officials were conducting regular check up, the petitioners were found in possession of Counterfeit currency notes to the sum of Rs.4,66,33,416/-. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely foisted in this case and that the petitioners have been suffering incarceration for more than 50 days from 09.10.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate raised strong objection stating that the petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2 and they hail from Andhra Pradesh State and if they are released on bail, there is every possibility of the petitioners getting abscond and thereby, the investigation would be stalled.

5. On seeing the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioners and the fact that they belongs to Andra Pradesh State, and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
