This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this court by an order dated 02.08.2024 in the above Criminal Original Petition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of "Registered Advocate Clerk Association, Katpadi, Vellore.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that within the jurisdiction of Katpadi, there is no advocate clerks association registered. Hence, he prayed to modify the condition imposed by this court directing the petitioner to deposit the said amount to the credit of registered Advocates Clerks Association, Vellore.

3. Considering his submissions, the condition to deposit the amount to the credit of registered Advocate Clerks Association, Katpadi is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of "Registered Advocates Clerks Association, Vellore".

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 18675 of 2024 vide order dated 02.08.2024 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for depositing the amount from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 08.08.2024 rpp N.B. : Issue order copy today 2/3
