The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is to consider the petitioner's representation for releasing his vehicle which is seized and detained by the respondent.

In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into merits of the claim made by the petitioner in representation as well as in present petition there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019, on its own merits and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
