The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2010 followed by Reminder dated 03.09.2013 and to register the Sale Agreements and Sale Deeds pertaining to the lands in the Survey Numbers mentioned in the General Power of Attorney Deeds vide No.662 of 2008 dated 25.9.2008 and 208 of 2009 dated 21.4.2009, Joint-II, Sub-Registrar, Central Chennai the 4th respondent herein, in Morai Village presented by the petitioner.
