ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to take necessary steps with regard to the allotment and change of name in Patta for the Schedule mentioned property at New Survey No.175/7, Madipakkam Village falling under the office of the 2nd respondent based on the 1st respondent reply dated 30.09.2021 and that necessary changes may be made in the records of the 2nd respondent with respect to the Schedule Mentioned Property.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on the first respondent's reply dated 30.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
