This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report pursuant to the registration of FIR in Crime No.77 of 2016 on the file of Inspector of Police, Thudiyalur Police Station, Coimbatore District within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.77 of 2016 has been registered by the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
