W.M.P.Nos. 24440, 24446, 24447 & 24452 of 2022 in W.P.Nos. 26423, 26415, 26418 & 26414 of 2018 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

All these petitions have been filed seeking to implead Kumbakonam Central Co-operative Bank, at Kumbakonam and Keelayur Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, at Nagapattinam District as the 5th and 6th respondents in the writ petitions.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the present petitions, it had been stated that for proper adjudication of the writ petitions, the aforesaid two respondents are also required.

3. Notice had been directed and the learned counsel had also entered appearance.

4. In view of the fact that they are necessary and proper to adjudicate the issues raised, petitions stand allowed.
