This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to implead the 1st and 2nd Petitioners as 2nd and 3rd Respondents in S.A.No.565/2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and 1st respondent.

3. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the impleading petition, the petitioners purchased the subject property pending second appeal on 14.12.2023 from the respondent-sole defendant.gfadffadsfdsdsdsdssssssssss

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the impleading petition, C.M.P.No.18570 of 2025 is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the second appeal for hearing on 17.03.2026.
