This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent "not to harass" the petitioner based on the false complaint lodged by Mrs.Hemalatha, the de-facto complainant under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Hemalatha, petition enquiry in CSR.No.758 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall cooperate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
