O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in proceedings No.A1/6646/2020 dated 21.10.2021 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation dated 10.04.2022 to the District Collector, Thiruvannamalai District, to revoke the impugned suspension https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order by stating that there is no criminal case is pending as against the petitioner as well as there is no disciplinary proceedings initiated by the respondents/department. Therefore, it is suffice to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2022 and to pass appropriate orders.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2022 would be considered and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the above submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the writ miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
