Crl.O.P.No.20505 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court dated 12.09.2024.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Further, the respondent police is directed to secure the accused.
