This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 24.03.2025 made in W.P.No.7215 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the arrear amount of sum of Rs.13,96,740/- by virtue of six equal monthly instalments, along with one percent surcharge on or before 30th of every month.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 has acceded to the aforesaid submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court passes the following order:- The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.13,96,740/- to the respondents in six (6) equal monthly instalments i.e., Rs.2,32,790/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety only) each along with one percent surcharge, on or before 30th of every month, commencing October 2025 till March 2026.

With the aforesaid direction, this Review Application stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 08.10.2025 vm Index :
