Bachelors Degree in Nursing Course due to her mother's and her own illness and family financial woes based on the representation of the 1/4

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to issue transfer certificate and to return 1)10th standard original mark sheet, 2)11th standard original mark sheet, 3)12th standard original mark sheet, 4)original Transfer Certificate from previous institution and 5)original Community Certificate; to the petitioner, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2024.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was studying B.Sc. Degree in Nursing Course in the second respondent educational Institution and she could not pursue her decree further inspite of paying the fee of Rs.75,000/-, however, the second respondent did not return the petitioner's original certificates submitted by her in the college at the time of admission.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent on instruction from the second respondent submitted that the second respondent is ready to return all the original certificates submitted by the petitioner, to the petitioner. 4.In view of he above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 22.08.2024 at 10.30 a.m. The second respondent is directed to return all the original certificates submitted by the petitioner, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 19.08.2024 pri Note: Issue order copy on 19.08.2024.
