ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges unauthorized construction by the fourth respondent.

The counter affidavit of the third respondent shows that the third respondent vide notice dated 30.8.2013 required the fourth respondent to produce the building licence within three days of the receipt of the letter, but no response was given by the fourth respondent. Further action is not known.

2. We direct the third respondent to carry out an inspection of the premises of the fourth respondent within 15 days of the receipt of the order and if any violations are found, to take action in accordance with law after notice to all concerned, within a period of two months thereafter.
