Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for appellants and respondents 1 and 2 appeared.

2. On perusal of records, the fact reveals that in respect of patta No.1225, there is a dispute and in respect of title, as per the revenue records, it stands in the name of Government. To that effect, the appellants are directed to take steps to remove the said encumbrance, if possible.
