When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that these petitioners have not been arrayed as accused in this case and already the statement of the victim has also been recorded. As per the statement of the victim, no allegations as against these petitioners and therefore, no case has been registered against these petitioners.

Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
