Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the arbitration case file No.: 135/Arb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022 within time frame and pass orders. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 01.08.2022 and pass orders.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the subject land has been acquired by the second respondent and compensation was also paid to the petitioner's father, who is the owner of the land. Not satisfied with the compensation amount petitioner's father filed an appeal before the first respondent. Pending appeal petitioner's father passed away and the petitioner produced the death certificate and legal heir certificate before the 1st respondent for further proceeding the case. However the appeal was not disposed of, due to which the petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent on 2/5
01.08.2022. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.20222 will be considered by the respondent within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
6. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
