ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents herein to furnish information as called for in the petitioner application dated 03.08.2016 at the earliest point of time.

2.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the respondents seeking information on the status of the plots reserved for public purpose under Right to Information Act. Since there is no reply from the respondens, the present writ petition is filed.

3.Heard both sides.

4. If the petitioner sought for information under Right to Information and the authority did not respond to the same, it is always open to him to approach the appellate authority. Hence, the writ petition is closed with the abovesaid liberty to the petitioner. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
